What are my SiteGround IMAP settings?

IMAP is mail.yourdomain.com on port 993 (SSL); SMTP is the same host on port 465. Site Tools shows the exact hostname for your account under Mail Configuration, Manual Settings. We probe common hostnames automatically.

SiteGround moved from cPanel to Site Tools, did my settings change?

The panel changed, the protocol did not: mailboxes are still plain IMAP. Whatever hostname the Manual Settings tab in Site Tools shows is what your mail client, and we, connect to.

Does the SiteGround calendar work?

No. SiteGround offers no CalDAV calendar with its email, so the assistant gets email only. Every email tool works fully.

Your email address and password

The mailbox you created in Site Tools under Email, Accounts. Username is your full email address.

Your mail hostname (usually auto-detected)

SiteGround generally answers at mail.yourdomain.com on 993. The exact hostname for your account is in Site Tools under Email, Accounts, Mail Configuration, Manual Settings.
