What you need
Your email address and password
The mailbox you created in KAS under E-Mail and Postfach. Username is your full email address, not your KAS login.
Your kasserver.com hostname
Mail runs on your KAS account server, your login plus kasserver.com, like w0123456.kasserver.com, for both IMAP and SMTP. Enter it manually on the connect page if autodiscovery misses it.

ALL-INKL webmail offers CalDAV at webmail.all-inkl.com, but each calendar has its own login, separate from the mailbox. In webmail, open the calendar’s share settings and set a password with “New password”; the username is the calendar ID, like cal0001234. Then on /connect, under Advanced configuration, enter https://webmail.all-inkl.com/calendars/cal0001234/1/ as the CalDAV URL and the calendar ID and password as CalDAV username and CalDAV password.
