What you need
Your email address and password
The mailbox you created in KAS under E-Mail and Postfach. Username is your full email address, not your KAS login.
Your kasserver.com hostname
Mail runs on your KAS account server, your login plus kasserver.com, like w0123456.kasserver.com, for both IMAP and SMTP. Enter it manually on the connect page if autodiscovery misses it.

ALL-INKL webmail does offer CalDAV at webmail.all-inkl.com, but each calendar has its own username and password, separate from the mailbox login, so a single connection cannot carry both. We connect ALL-INKL as email-only.
