Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using anymailmcp.com, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

Use of Service

anymailmcp.com is a hosted bridge that connects your existing email mailbox (over IMAP and SMTP) and, where available, your calendar (over CalDAV) to AI assistants that support the Model Context Protocol (MCP), such as Claude, ChatGPT and Le Chat. We store your connection credentials in encrypted form and replay them to your own mail and calendar servers on your behalf. Reads are performed as a live proxy: the contents of your emails are never stored on our systems. You agree to:

• Use the Service only for lawful purposes
• Only connect mailboxes you own or are authorized to access
• Not use the Service to send unsolicited bulk email or to abuse upstream mail servers
• Respect applicable laws and the terms of your mail provider

Service Availability

We strive to provide a reliable service, but we do not guarantee that the Service will be available at all times. The Service depends on third-party mail and calendar servers that we do not control, and it may also be subject to maintenance, updates, or technical issues that can cause temporary unavailability.

Plans, Payments and Billing

The free plan is available at no cost and requires no payment method. Paid plans are recurring monthly subscriptions. Prices are shown exclusive of VAT and may be charged in your local currency.

Payments are processed by Stripe, which acts as the merchant of record for your subscription. Stripe collects payment and calculates, collects and remits any applicable VAT, GST or sales tax on our behalf; your statement will reflect a charge associated with Stripe. Your purchase is also subject to Stripe’s applicable terms. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel or update your payment details at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep paid features until then. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.

Limitation of Liability

anymailmcp.com is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by anymailmcp.com and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Ensuring you own or are authorized to access every mailbox you connect
• Complying with all applicable laws and regulations
• Keeping your credentials secure and disconnecting mailboxes you no longer use
• Not using the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

Prohibited Uses

You may not use anymailmcp.com to:

• Access mailboxes or calendars without proper authorization
• Violate any laws or regulations
• Send unsolicited bulk email or otherwise abuse upstream mail servers
• Attempt to disrupt or damage the Service, or to circumvent usage limits

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time by disconnecting your mailboxes, which wipes the associated credentials immediately. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for any breach of these Terms of Service. On termination, stored credentials are deleted.

Introduction

anymailmcp.com (“we”, “our”, or “us”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our email and calendar bridge.

Information We Collect

When you use anymailmcp.com, we may collect the following information:

• Account email: the address of your connected mailbox, used to identify your account.
• Connection credentials: your IMAP, SMTP and CalDAV settings and password, encrypted with AES-256-GCM. The decryption key is held outside the database.
• Usage metadata: which tool ran and when, used to enforce quotas and power your dashboard. This never includes the contents of your emails or events.
• Payment information: handled by Stripe. We do not store your card details.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Connect to your mailbox and calendar on your instruction
• Enforce usage limits and provide your dashboard
• Provide billing and manage subscriptions
• Secure the Service against abuse

Under the GDPR, our legal basis is the performance of our contract with you. We do not sell your data, and we do not use your email content for advertising or model training.

Data Storage and Retention

We prioritize your privacy and security. The contents of your emails and calendar are never stored on our servers: every read is a live proxy to your own server, and message bodies are not persisted on our side. Connection credentials are retained only while a mailbox is connected and are deleted immediately when you disconnect it or delete your account. Usage metadata is retained for quota and operational purposes. The Service is hosted in the European Union.

Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including AES-256-GCM encryption of credentials with the decryption key held outside the database. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Third-Party Services

• Stripe: payment processing and merchant-of-record billing.
• Our hosting provider: EU-based infrastructure on which the Service runs.

These services have their own privacy policies governing the use of your information.

Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the information we hold about you
• Correct, export or request deletion of your data
• Object to or restrict certain processing

Disconnecting a mailbox is the fastest way to erase its credentials; for any other request, contact us.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the “Last updated” date.
