Connect your iCloud Mail email to Claude & ChatGPT
iCloud Mail speaks standard IMAP, including for custom domains on iCloud+, but Apple only hands third-party apps an app-specific password, never OAuth. That is why no assistant ships an iCloud connector. anymailmcp.com bridges your iCloud inbox and calendar in about a minute.

What you need
An app-specific password
Sign in at account.apple.com, open Sign-In and Security, choose App-Specific Passwords and create one (call it anymailmcp). Your regular Apple ID password never works over IMAP, by Apple design.
Your iCloud address
Works with @icloud.com, @me.com, @mac.com and custom domains hosted on iCloud+. The username is your full address.
iCloud Mail works best with a revocable app password.

Apple exposes iCloud Calendar over CalDAV with the same app-specific password. We discover it when you connect, so your assistant can read your agenda and create events.
