Before you connect
What you need
Your Optimum address
optimum.net and optonline.net share the same mail.optimum.net servers. Former Suddenlink addresses (suddenlink.net) work too, on their own suddenlink.net hosts.
Your normal email password
The password for your email address, the same one Optimum webmail accepts. If sign-in fails, retry with just the part before the @ as the username: Optimum calls that your Optimum ID.
