Optimum email has no CalDAV calendar for third-party clients. Email works fully.
Before you start
What you need
Your Optimum address
optimum.net and optonline.net share the same mail.optimum.net servers. Former Suddenlink addresses (suddenlink.net) work too, on their own suddenlink.net hosts.
Your normal email password
The password for your email address, the same one Optimum webmail accepts. If sign-in fails, retry with just the part before the @ as the username: Optimum calls that your Optimum ID.
Set it up in your AI
Your Optimum inbox, inside your assistant
Read and triage your Optimum mail, draft replies and manage your calendar, straight from the chat you already use. It takes about a minute to connect.
- Open Settings → Connectors in Claude Desktop or claude.ai.
- Click Add custom connector and paste the URL below.
- Click Connect, then sign in with your email (we send you a magic link). You add your mailbox from your profile afterwards.
