charter.net, roadrunner.com, twc.com, brighthouse.com, or any regional rr.com variant like nc.rr.com. They all use the same mobile.charter.net servers.
Your normal email password
The one that works in Spectrum webmail. Spectrum has no app passwords and no third-party switch, your regular password is the whole story.
