What are my Proximus IMAP settings?

IMAP is imap.proximus.be on port 993 (SSL); SMTP is relay.proximus.be on port 587 with STARTTLS and authentication. The username is your full address, and we detect the servers automatically.

Does my old skynet.be address still work?

Yes. Skynet addresses were moved onto the modern Proximus Mail platform and use the same imap.proximus.be servers. Proximus stopped creating new skynet.be addresses in 2022, but existing mailboxes are fully supported.

Does a Proximus calendar work?

No. Proximus offers no CalDAV calendar for external apps, so we connect Proximus Mail as email-only.

What you need

Your Proximus or Skynet address

proximus.be and legacy skynet.be addresses live on the same Proximus Mail platform and share imap.proximus.be and relay.proximus.be. No new skynet.be addresses have been issued since 2022, but existing ones keep working.

Your mailbox password

Proximus has no app passwords: use the password of the e-mail address itself, the one Proximus webmail accepts. You manage mailboxes and reset passwords in MyProximus.
