Your KPN address
kpnmail.nl plus legacy planet.nl, hetnet.nl, xs4all.nl, wxs.nl, freeler.nl and other KPN heritage domains all use the same servers, imap.kpnmail.nl and smtp.kpnmail.nl.
Your e-mailwachtwoord, not your KPN ID
Each KPN mailbox has its own e-mail password, separate from your MijnKPN login. If you never set one or forgot it, choose a new one at email.kpn.com/wachtwoord after signing in with your KPN ID.
