What are my KPN IMAP settings?

IMAP is imap.kpnmail.nl on port 993 (SSL); SMTP is smtp.kpnmail.nl on port 587 with TLS. Legacy planet.nl and hetnet.nl addresses use the same servers. We detect these automatically from your address.

Why is my MijnKPN password rejected?

Because KPN mailboxes have their own e-mailwachtwoord, separate from your KPN ID. Set or reset it at email.kpn.com/wachtwoord, then use that password here. Each mailbox has its own.

Does the KPN agenda work with my assistant?

Yes. KPN Webmail exposes its agenda over CalDAV at caldav.kpnmail.nl using the same e-mail password as your mailbox, so events flow into your assistant alongside your mail.

Your e-mailwachtwoord, not your KPN ID

Each KPN mailbox has its own e-mail password, separate from your MijnKPN login. If you never set one or forgot it, choose a new one at email.kpn.com/wachtwoord after signing in with your KPN ID.
