What are my Bluewin IMAP settings?

IMAP is imaps.bluewin.ch on port 993 (SSL); SMTP is smtpauths.bluewin.ch on port 465 (SSL). We detect these automatically from your address.

Why is my Swisscom login password rejected?

Because Bluewin email programs use a separate e-mail password. Swisscom's own help notes it "does not correspond to the password for the Swisscom login". Set it in My Swisscom under the e-mail settings and use that one here.

Does a Bluewin calendar work with my assistant?

No. Swisscom offers no CalDAV access for Bluewin accounts, so this connection covers mail only. Email works fully.

The e-mail password (required)

Swisscom explicitly separates it from your Swisscom login: IMAP only accepts the dedicated e-mail password. Set or change it in My Swisscom under the e-mail settings, then paste it here.

Bluewin (Swisscom) works best with a revocable app password.
