Before you start
What you need
Find the manual settings in WePanel
Go to "Correo", then "Cuentas de Email", open the "MORE (Mas)" tab for your account, choose "Configurar cliente de e-mail" and check "Configuracion manual". The hostnames and ports appear ready to copy.
Connect with the full address
Use mail.yourdomain.com with SSL, or the server hostname WePanel lists, and the complete email address as username with its mailbox password.
