What you need
Enable international sending
In the KingHost Painel de Controle, activate "SMTP Internacional" (SMTPi) for your domain, so the international sending host accepts logins from outside Brazil, where our servers are.
Connect to anymailmcp.com
Enter your full address and mailbox password. On regular hosting, IMAP uses imap.kinghost.net and sending goes through smtpi.kinghost.net. Domains under a reseller (Revenda) account use imap.uni5.net and smtpi.uni5.net instead.
