Do I use my own domain in the server names?

No. Arsys runs all customer mail on the shared serviciodecorreo.es platform, so the hostnames are identical for every customer. Only the username changes, and it is always your full email address.

Where do I check or reset the mailbox password?

The password is defined when the mailbox is created in the Arsys control panel and can be reset there. You can verify it works by logging into the webmail at correo.arsys.es before connecting.
