Before you start
What you need
Your TIM address
Each domain keeps its own servers: alice.it uses in.alice.it and out.alice.it, tim.it uses imap.tim.it and smtp.tim.it, and tin.it uses imaps.tin.it and smtps.tin.it. We detect the right pair from your address.
Your normal TIM Mail password
TIM has no app passwords and no IMAP toggle: the username is your full address and the password is the one TIM webmail at mail.tim.it accepts. Reset it through TIM if you have lost it.
