What are my Aliyun IMAP settings?

Personal mailboxes: IMAP imap.aliyun.com on port 993 (SSL), SMTP smtp.aliyun.com on port 465. Enterprise Alimail: imap.mxhichina.com and smtp.mxhichina.com. We detect the right pair from your address.

Do I need to enable anything?

Check that IMAP is enabled in your webmail settings. Most accounts have it on already.

Does my company Alimail domain work?

Yes. Custom domains hosted on Alimail resolve through their MX records and connect with your normal mailbox password.

Your Aliyun address and password

For personal aliyun.com mailboxes, your normal mail password works once IMAP is enabled in the webmail settings.

Enterprise Alimail works too

Company mailboxes on the Alimail platform (mxhichina servers) connect the same way; we auto-detect their hosts from your domain.
