What are my Videotron IMAP settings?

IMAP is imap.videotron.ca on port 993 (SSL); SMTP is smtp.videotron.ca on port 465 (SSL), and relais.videotron.ca on port 587 with STARTTLS works too. We detect these automatically from your address.

Do videotron.qc.ca addresses still work?

Yes. The legacy videotron.qc.ca domain still routes to the same mail platform as videotron.ca, so those older addresses connect the same way.

What happens to my email if I leave Videotron?

The address is tied to the subscription: there is no pay-to-keep plan, and the mailbox stops working when service ends. Before leaving, have your assistant export or forward anything you need.

Nothing to enable

There is no IMAP toggle and no app password system. If the password is refused, reset it from your Videotron customer centre and try again.
