Your Videotron address
videotron.ca addresses connect with the full email address and your regular mailbox password; legacy videotron.qc.ca addresses route to the same platform.
Nothing to enable
There is no IMAP toggle and no app password system. If the password is refused, reset it from your Videotron customer centre and try again.
