What are my La Poste IMAP settings?

IMAP is imap.laposte.net on port 993 (SSL); SMTP is smtp.laposte.net on port 465. Auto-detected from your address.

Do I need an app password?

No. Your normal laposte.net password works over IMAP.

Is IMAP enabled by default?

Yes for most accounts. If the connection is refused, check the webmail settings for a POP/IMAP access toggle, then retry.
