Check your webmail login
Confirm your password works at micorreo.fibertel.com.ar. If you lost it, recover it through Personal support.
Connect to anymailmcp.com
Enter your full @fibertel.com.ar address and password. Reading over IMAP works from anywhere; see the FAQ about sending.
